We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2022, at the age of 98, Lucille Bowman of Spencer, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Johnson and Clarice Johnson (Kerbel) of Hamill; her husband Carl Derald Bowman; her son Gary; her siblings, Aneta, Robert, Allen and Daniel; her sons-in-law, Dennis Waggoner and Ed Howell; her grandchildren, Kari Bowman, Jordan Bowman and Evan Bowman; and her great grandchild Timothy Stoffer.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Waggoner of Farmersville, IL, Susan Blackman (Ray) of Valparaiso, NE, Bruce Bowman of Inman, NE, Linda Stoffer (Richard) of Sun Valley, AZ, David Bowman (Jolene) of Plainview, NE, Darlene Howell of Bristow, NE, Karen Gehrtz of Pierre, SD, Karol Michael (Bob) of Clearwater, NE, Janet Soper of Larchwood, IA, John Bowman (Beth) of Pierre, SD and Trudy Mansfield (Hughson) of Chadron, NE; and her daughters-in-law, Sharon Bowman of Norfolk, NE and Shirley Bowman of O'Neill, NE. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
In 2020, she moved in with her daughter Susan when things started shutting down due to Covid-19.
