He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kershaw and Barbara Baasch Henzl; his sons, Jonathan and Christopher; his parents-in-law, John Jr. and Mary Bauer; and his sister Lianne Kershaw.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Bauer; his children, Nicole Knoll (Todd) and Adam Kershaw (Alyssa); his grandchildren, MaKayla, Kennedy, Sawyer Knoll, Oliver and Jude Kershaw; and his siblings, Debra Kershaw, Kelly Durbin (Ted), Jamie Hajny and Mike Kershaw (Stevie). He is also survived by numerous friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
