He was predeceased by: his parents, Nyle Leypoldt and Marietta Leypoldt (Fehringer); and his brother Bruce Leypoldt. He is survived by: his siblings, Nyla (Randall Hobson) and Gayland Leypoldt of Sidney; his nephews, Trevor Hobson (Tanissa), Dane Hobson (Tiffany), Lincoln and Chris (Kim); his niece Brittainy (Tom Adams); and his aunts and uncles, Ivan, Donna Fehringer, Arleigh Nelson and Richard Coldwell. He is also survived by 19 cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to the Knights of Columbus in care of St. Patrick's Church in Sidney.
