He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ludvik, Helen Vrba, Otto and Lillian Koliha. He is survived by: his parents, Vic Vrba and Mae Vrba (Koliha) of Clarkson; his spouse Janel Sayers; his son Nick Vrba (Tracey); his grandchildren, Allie, Brielle, Elin, Ben Vrba (Kristan), Tyler Vrba (McKenzie) and Zoe of Ceresco; and his siblings, Denise Van Dyke (Ken) of Columbus, Steve Vrba (Becky) of Columbus and John Vrba (Trish Nunnley) of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials for future designation.
