She was predeceased by: her parents, Lada Cech and Louise Cech (Belina); her husband Stanley Slegl; her siblings, Vernon Cech (Marlene), Ervin Cech (Audrey), Marvin Cech, Melvin Cech and Laverna Fiala; and her stepson Rick Mousel.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Conrad of Columbus, Michael Slegl (Mindy) of Columbus and Sheila Kluck (Quinn) of Richland; her stepchildren, Ira Mousel of Schuyler, Kristie Palik (Mark) of David City and Pam Bourn of Schuyler; and her sister-in-law Joan Cech. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
