He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Shepard and Florence Shepard; his brother Thomas Shepard; his parents-in-law, Floyd Reinmuth and Ida Reinmuth; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald and Dale Reinmuth.
He is survived by: his wife LaVera Shepard; his daughter Christina (Lee); his siblings, Julie Ryan of Meadville, Linda Hanna (Ken) of Meadville, Jane Williams (Jim) of Las Vegas, Lois Farmer of Newnan, Georgia and Jim Shepard of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Alyssa, Cody, Kayla and Skyler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Morse Memorial Methodist Church of Rushville in memory of Allen B. Shepard in care of the Chamberlain Pier Funeral Home at PO Box 366, Gordon, NE 69343.
