He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Rosberg; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his mother Doris Rosberg of Wausa; his former wife Linda Splater; his children, Dustin (Jenny Wright) of Randolph, NE, Janet Ebmeier (Josh) of Pierce, NE, Kim Albrecht (Steve) of Pierce, NE, Scott Ahlmann of Randolph, NE, Michelle Merchant (Chad) of Norfolk, NE, Brian Splater of Superior, NE, Jeff Splater (Katie) of Norfolk, NE and Natisha Neibauer (Mark) of Thornton, CO; and his siblings, Richard Rosberg (Teresa) of Plainview, Danny Rosberg of Wausa and Carol Krueger (Mike) of Norfolk. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, David would be pleased for any memorials to be directed to the Randolph Fire and Ambulance Service.
