He is survived by: his wife Victoria Lee Ptacek; his children, Kathryn Louise Blackwell (Jason), Nicholas Stephen Ptacek (Janey), Erin Marie Hoyt (Mike), Benjamin Richard Ptacek (Megan), Samuel Lee Ptacek, Rebecca Elizabeth Ptacek (Jason), Rachael Claire Ptacek and Josephine Grace Ptacek; his grandchildren, Tristan Scott Brodersen, Beau Stephen Brodersen, Carly Victoria Blackwell, Vincent Alexander Blackwell, Zachary Jensen Blackwell, Jordan Elayne Karcher, Rose Nichole Ptacek, Madison Julieann Camplese, William Broderick Macken, Anastasia Leigh Macken, Acelyn Rene Camplese, Logan Michael Hoyt, Brianna Nichole Hoyt, Curtis Alexander Hoyt, Andrew James Hoyt, Francesca Lou Ptacek and Lucille Elizabeth Burns; his great grandchildren, Zaiden James Brodersen and Keira Elizabeth Mae Brodersen; his siblings, Rita Jeanne Wesely, Theresa Marie Ptacek, Michael Christopher Ptacek (Robin), Patrick Joseph Ptacek, Thomas James Ptacek (Joann), Robert Francis Ptacek and Mark Andrew Ptacek; and his sister-in-law Patricia Ptacek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
