She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Mewes and Hulda Mewes (Horstman); her husband Dale Chesley; her son Todd Chesley; and her siblings, Maxine Vecera and Wilmer Mewes.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann VanCleve (Mike) of LaVista, NE; her grandchildren, Megan Ferring (Mike), Lindsey VanCleve and Martha Chesley (Greg Rudd); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Deacon, Mackenzie and Beverly.
Memorials may be directed in lieu of flowers to First Lutheran Church.
