He is survived by: his mother Cindy Lou Curtis; his children, Taryn Martin and Gage Martin; his father Josh Martin; and his siblings, Shelly Monson, Stacy Robinson, Val Martin and Cody Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
