He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Hobscheidt and Dorothy E. Hobscheidt (Linder); and his great-niece Bailey. He is survived by: his brother Morris Hobscheidt (Anna) of Plattsmouth, NE; his nephew Jason Hobscheidt (Sandy) of Plattsmouth; his niece Kelly Emmens (Shane) of Warner Robins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chelsea, Jacob, Sydney, Christian and Riley.
