Donald Douglas Steube Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Douglas Steube of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Jr. Steube and Ruth Catherine Marie Steube (Renner); his stepfather Herman Eckert; his former wife Elaine Steube; his significant other Linda Allen; and his partner's daughter Tammy Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Marie Stevens; his friends, Al Wiles, Duane Hobscheidt and Dan Newman; his children, Tim Steube (Catherine) of Nehawka, NE, Pamela Joutras (Georg) of Lincoln, NE and Vicki Steube-Pergiel (Aaron) of Portland, OR; and his grandchildren, Shea Joutras and Quentin Pergiel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at First Lutheran Church in Plattsmouth with Pastor Lloyd Stuhr officiating. *Covid 19 guidelines will be followed at the church, please wear a mask and use social distancing.*.
Family requests memorials to be made to Plattsmouth Senior Center Meals on Wheels and Plattsmouth Volunteer Firefighter's Association.
