She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVetta Ann Baumgart (Renner) and Caesar Baumgart; her husband Mutz Sedlak; and her brothers, Donald Baumgart, Herbert Baumgart and William "Bill" Baumgart.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sedlak (Deborah) of Palm Coast, FL, Katherine Sedlak of Plattsmouth, NE and Sandra Loper of Plattsmouth, NE; her grandchildren, Kristine Fornoff (Amy Cariotto), Stephen Fornoff (Michelle) and Hali Garner (Brett); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Barney (Gabe), Logan Fornoff, Easton Fornoff and Gemma Garner; her great great grandchild Daisy Barney; her sister Judy Anderson of Waukee, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Clarice Baumgart of Omaha, NE and Ruby Baumgart of Grass Valley, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
