It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Pearl Sipes of Osceola, Nebraska, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Eugene Sipes; her parents, Floyd McFadden and Eva McFadden; her grandson Jeremy Engel; her siblings, Genevieve McNally Lavett, Kathleen McFadden, Opal Frisbie, Bruce McFadden and Wayne McFadden; and her siblings-in-law, Helen McFadden, Roy Frisbie, Wayne Peterson, William McNally and Fred Lavett.
She is survived by: her children, Jayne Lynn Fredrickson (Max) of Columbus, Alan Wayne Sipes of Denver, CO and Scot Dean Sipes of Columbus, Ohio; her grandsons, Robert Engel (Melissa), Richard Engel (Candace) and Jason Sipes (Krista); her great grandchildren, Erin Engel, Ryan Engel, Sapphira Engel, Riviera Engel, Reagan Sipes and Charlotte Sipes; her sister Donna Peterson of Aurelia, IA; and her sister-in-law Shirley McFadden of Atlantic, IA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
