He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scheinost and Josephine Scheinost (Zoubek); his wife Mary Jo; and his daughter Jeanne Marie. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Scheinost (Jan) of Yucaipa, CA, Roberta Matschullat (Doug) of O'Neill, NE, Janet Neumiller (Hale) of O'Neill, NE, Margaret Schultz (Scott) of O'Neill, NE, Laurie Carr of Bellevue, NE and Gregory Scheinost (Cathy) of Page, NE.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be designated for the local flood victims and Alzheimer's Research.
