He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Christopher and Courtney; his son-in-law Jesse; his granddaughter Miah; his siblings, Larry (Marilyn), Mark (Shirley), Mary Beth Fuss, Julie Willey, Janet Dyer and Carolyn Rhedin (Dan); his sisters-in-law, Susie Grant (Jeff) and Cathy Arnold (Mark); his father-in-law Lyle Nelson (Sarah); and his close friends, Rick Ray (Sharon) and Jorgi May.
