He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Plessner (Dale), Debra Sinkevich (Edward), Franklin Kubli, Jr. (Teresa) and Judy Fleissnier; his grandchildren, Felicia Burkett (Charles) and Edward Sinkevich, Jr. (Amy); his great grandchildren, Judah, Micah, Noah, Addie, Jonah and Charlotte; his sister Karen Collins; and his close friend Mary Jo Modra. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
