She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Forell and Louisa Forell (Schneider); and her brothers, Richard Forell and Meredith Forell. She is survived by: her spouse Melvin Chestnutt; and her children, Yvonne Chapman of Martinsville, IL, Rocklynn Chappell of El Campo, TX, Tamara Haggard (Michael) of Lincoln, NE, Brenda McGinty (Michael) of Paradise, CA and Eldon Chestnutt (Jane) of Emerson, NE. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
