She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Apodaca and Bernice Apodaca (Romero); her spouse Joe Lanford; her son Christopher Lanford; and her siblings, Linda Taylor, Emma Lucero, Grace Apodaca, Ralph Apodaca, Adrian Apodaca and John Apodaca.
She is survived by: her children, Joette Garcia (Enrique) of San Antonio, TX, Debra Helmuth (Mark) of Greeley, CO, Sharen Carreras (John) of Longmont, CO, Karen Torres (John) of Lincoln, NE and Ruben Lanford of Fremont, NE; and her siblings, Cecilia Apodaca of Denver, Elizabeth Garcia of Denver, Susan Apodaca of Denver, Melvin of Denver, Dave of Denver, William of Denver and Gerald Apodaca of Denver. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren.
