She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Cox and Mabel Cox (Gilman); her sons, Rex and Deano Chapman; and her siblings, Susan Curtis, Lula Smith, Harlan, Norman and Harry.
She is survived by: her sister Loretta "Mickie" Tierney of Omaha; her daughter Lisa Charter (Brad) of Norfolk; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Charter, Felicia Jansen (Jacob) of Norfolk, Hannah and Faith Chapman of Payson, Arizona. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
