He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kumm and Norma Kumm (Schlote); his grandparents, Robert, Meta Kumm, Rudolph and Myrtle Schlote; his sister Pamela Olson; and his brothers-in-law, Russell Johnson, Bill Skinner and Bob Dittoe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kelvin Kumm (Joleen) of Wausa, NE, Karen Skinner of Palmyra, NE, Connie Dittoe of Lincoln, NE and Patrica Steckly (Larry) of Lincoln, NE; and his brother-in-law Steve Olson of Plainview, NE. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
