She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Smith and Sophie Smith (Sliva); her parents-in-law, Robert and Vivian Kolm; her siblings, Dougie, Raymond and Kimmy; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Boeh and BJ Kolm.

She is survived by: her husband Doug Kolm of Norfolk; her children, Tiffany Pokorny (Aaron) of Battle Creek, Cory (Cathy) of Fremont, Kurt (Melissa) of Lincoln, Colby (Staci) of Battle Creek and Kipp (Emily) of Blair; her siblings, June Boeh of Norfolk, Tori Nunn (David) of Oklahoma, Jocelyn Petersen (Kelly) of Madison and Scott Smith (Brenda) of Grand Island; and her siblings-in-law, Denny Kolm of Columbus, Randy Kolm of Fremont, Rick Kolm (Patty) of Gretna, Brad Kolm of Fremont and Renee Ostrander (Robin) of Albion. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; one great-grandson.
