She was predeceased by: her parents, George Real and Ida Real (Wagner); her husband Harold Ryan; and her sons, Mike and John.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Maurer (Roger) of Norfolk, Theresa Jessen (Ralph) of Bloomfield, Georgia Rasmussen (Carl) of Norfolk, Tim Ryan (Sheri) of Norfolk, Laura Lauters (Mike) of Pierce and Kathy Prince (Ron) of Winside; and her siblings, Bill Real (Randi), Maurice Real, Jim Real, Jerry Real and Jean Record. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
She was also a big supporter of Relay for Life and Alzheimer's Walks.
