It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert P. Matteo of Norfolk, Nebraska, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Matteo and Carmella Matteo (Albanese); his wife Betty Jean Frank; his daughter Beverly Harbottle; his siblings, Anthony Matteo (Hazel), Caroline Dean (Victor), Joseph Matteo (Delores) and Raymond Matteo; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Moore (John), Darlene Frank, Richard Frank (Irene) and Frank Mozourek.
He is survived by: his son Dennis Matteo (Cindy) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Derek Matteo of San Diego, CA and Tegan Matteo (Erik Steckler) of Eau Claire, WI; his great grandchildren, Kiaran and Kit Steckler; his grandson Brent Matteo (Paula Bayne) of Norfolk; his great grandchildren, Drake and Carmella Matteo; his grandchildren, Brenda Mosel (Paul) of O' Fallon, MO and Brian Harbottle (Sara) of Norfolk; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Harper Harbottle; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Matteo of Norfolk, Priscilla Mazourek of Yankton and Don Frank of Omaha.
Memorials are suggested to the Sacred Heart Catholic Parish in Norfolk.
