He is survived by: his wife Rita Humlicek; his children, Karen Nelson (Les), Ken Humlicek and Kevin Humlicek (Melissa); his grandchildren, Dawn, Tim and Adam; his siblings, Rudy Humlicek (Harriet) and Bonnie Kadavy; and his sister-in-law Nadine Humlicek. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
