She is survived by: her husband George Koch of Newcastle, Nebraska; her daughters, Lynn Kamrath (Kevin) of Newcastle and Karen Carmichael (Jason) of Flower Mound, Texas; her grandchildren, Kalyn, Piper, Mackenzie and Braxton; her siblings, Dale Patten (Nancy) of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and Charlotte Patten of Sioux City, Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Sue LeClair of Council Bluffs and Alice Harris of Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
