He is survived by: his wife Janet Amelia Leise of Newcastle; his children, Jeff (Debbie Landwehr) of Newcastle, Dan Kneifl (Amber) of Harrisburg, SD, Tim Kneifl (Anna Marie Hinds) of Burbank, SD, Deb McDermott (Pete) of Sergeant Bluff, IA and Stacey Conner (Brian) of Chisago City, MN; his grandchildren, Carson McDermott, Kylee McDermott, Stella Conner, Addie Conner, Kenzie McDermott, Brayden Kneifl, Liam Conner and Rylee Kneifl; his brothers, Ray Kneifl (Kathy) of Newcastle, Sylvester Kneifl (Ellen) of Newcastle, Joe Kneifl (Sherry) of Sulfur Springs, TX and Ken Kneifl (MaryAnn) of Newcastle; and his sister-in-law Romaine Kneifl Moran of Newcastle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
