He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Cowan (Glen). He is survived by: his wife Lela May Stephens (Conrad); his children, Casey Stephens (Debra) of Naponee and Amy Bradley (Todd); his granddaughter Danielle Dockwailer (Dex); his great grandchild Emma Jo; his grandson Mitchell; his great grandchild Elliot; and his granddaughter Bridget Bradley. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
