He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Zuck (Kusler) and Leonard "Sarge" Zuck; his daughter Darcie Zuck; his sister Nelda Grim; and his half-sister Helen Hovis.

He is survived by: his wife Pam Myers; his daughter Kristie Cunningham (Adam) of McCook; his grandchildren, Khaley Lee of McCook, Jayda Zuck, Anthony Fischer of McCook, Kortney Cunningham of Alva, Hunter Cunningham of McCook and Makynna Cunningham of McCook; his brother Dave Zuck (Melinda Sue) of McCook; his brother-in-law Gary Grim of McCook; and his half-brother Don Blair (Patti) of Redding. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.
