He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Swearingen and Dorothy Swearingen; and his wife Nancy Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Swearingen of Portland, Judi Skeoch (Brian) of Glenrock and Sheryl May of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Greg Turnbaugh, Cody Wickham (Nikki) and Delaney May; and his sister Karen Phillips (Roy) of North Platte. He is also survived by niece, two nephews.
