She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey Amidon and Marian Amidon; her former husband Norman Beyea; her husband James Frederick; and her siblings, Doris and Frank.
She is survived by: her brothers, Bert Amidon (Gere) of Lavonia, GA and Lee Amidon (Sandy) of Geneva, NY; her siblings-in-law, Francis Beyea (Linda), Elizabeth Vrooman and Vivian Beyea; her children, Brad (Tammy) of Council Bluffs, IA, Linda Somerhalder (George) of Arlington, TX, Nancy Bailey (Rod) of Maxwell, NE and Donna Coleman (Dennis) of North Platte; her stepson James Ted Frederick (Cathlina) of Amelia, NE; her grandchildren, Chad Somerhalder (Naomi), Michelle Fejes (Michael), Cyndi Gilmour (John), Michael Bailey (Chastin), Ryan Bailey (Ashley), Crystal Seluk (Matt), Kayla Coleman and Stephanie Bitner (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Drake, Kaia Somerhalder, Celeste Vanderbeck, Katelyn, Cameron Seluk, Payton, Ashley Lapinski, Madison Bailey and Addison Bailey; her stepgrandchildren, Vickie Giedd (Jesse), LeAnn Schaaf, Wayne Frederick (Sara), Weston Frederick (Hannah), Margaret Schouten and Russell Frederick; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Connor, Jaidynn, Braxton Giedd, Haily, Ashly, Brinly Schaaf, Edlyn Frederick, Davinne Frederick, Weston Jr., Wyatt, Maebry and Lucy Schouten.
Due to Covid restrictions, her memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made in her name to First United Methodist Church or the Grace Food Pantry.
