He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Damke and Vivian Damke (Burd); his brothers, Charles and Donald; his niece Debbie Barnhouse; and his pet Rocky.
He is survived by: his wife Arline Damke; his children, Kevin Damke (Tammy) and Lynne Heithoff (Keith); and his grandchildren, Adam Damke (Samantha), Alyssa Damke (Chad Briley), Benjamin Damke, Courtney Shindel (Robert), Daniel Damke, Matthew Damke, Samantha Heithoff, Beau Heithoff (Morgan), Lexus Heithoff (Kinsey Cornick), Lauren Louviere and Masen Louviere. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
