It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilmer J. Lainez-Garay (Lexington, Nebraska), who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rafael Lainez and Delmi Garay of Lexington; his brothers, Rafael Garay of Lexington, Franklin Ivan Garay-Lainez of Kearney and Christopher Lainez-Garay of Lexington; and his aunts and uncles, Teodoro Lainez (Solis Rivas) of Lexington, Jose-Lito Lainez of Kearney, Eli Garay of Phoenix, Jose Garay of Los Angeles, California, Mari Lainez of Los Angeles, Sandra Garay of Phoenix and Marina Garay of Phoenix, Arizona.
A memorial has been established in Wilmer's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
