Feik (Morris); her husband John of Lexington; her sons, Jeff Block (Kylee Hoffmaster) of Lexington and Jason (Tonya Fagot) of Lexington; her mother-in-law Anita Fagot of Lexington; her brother Charles Feik of Phillipsburg; her siblings-in-law, Marsha Feik of Cozad, Theresa Puls (Terry) of Holdrege, Becky Fagot of Elwood, Mark Fagot (Eunice) of Lexington and Dave Fagot (Mag) of Johnson Lake; her grandchildren, Tyson Block (Maleigh Camp), Kobe Block, Trey Fago, Brady Fago, Ashley Fago and Chayden Hoffmaster; and her great grandchildren, Phoenix and Phoebe. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
