She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. Hughbanks and Helen Hughbanks (Standford); her husband Robert D. Bennett; and her brother Dallas George. She is survived by: her children, Starla Corder (John) of Lexington, Dallas Bennett of Lexington and Eddie Bennett (Nancy) of Overton, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Terry, Brian, Amanda, Jessica, Harley, Tia, Denny, Autumn and Donna; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Path of Casper, Wyoming. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
