He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Tuma (Scott). He is survived by: his father Donald of Lexington; his children, Matthew (Shawnda) of Ozark, Stephanie (Greg) of Tuttle and Rachel (Joe McCarty) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Jolean, Mitchell, Jocelyn, Jayden, Joseph, Maci, Daniel, Addison and Rylee; his siblings, Mike (Evelyn Tuma) of Lincoln and Cathy (Max Reynolds) of Lexington; and his nephew Jake Tuma.
