He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Teresa Bare, Charles Bare III of Leigh, Catherine Rodriquez of Manhattan, Lisa Osten (Terry) and Tammy Brabec (Jason) of Norfolk; his brother Bill Bare (Mary) of Yukon; his grandchildren, Taylor Rodriquez, Tessa Osten, Brieanna Osten and Kinley Brabec; and his great grandchild Xander Duncan.
