He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Steven Bernard (Lisa); his grandfather Steve; his wife Deborah Dugger; his parent Jeannette Dugger; his mother-in-law Fern Scigo; his daughter Kristine Dugger-Foley (Dave); and his siblings, David Dugger (Kathy), Marlin Dugger and LuAnn Dugger. He was also cherished by grandchildren; nieces; nephews and many friends.
