She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jewett and Mildred Jewett; her brother Charlie Jewett; her daughter Nickie Stednitz; her husband Burl Joe Wilkerson; and her pet Penny.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Wilkerson (Julie) and Beryl Winkler (Lance). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
