We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2023, at the age of 94, Helen Rita Kozeny (La Vista, Nebraska) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Rita Kozeny to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Kozeny; her parents, Stanley Zyla and Mary Zyla; her brothers, John, Edward, Walter and Stanley, Jr.; and her grandson Bobby Inness.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Janice), Steven (Sharon) of Papillion, Wesley (Debra) of Omaha, Jack (Kim) of Rhome, TX and James (Janice) of La Vista. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
