He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen "Shorty" Snyder and Roberta Snyder (Sweatt); his brothers, Linden and Glendel; and his son Val Dwayne.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Snyder; his sister Marva Schiessler (Lanny) of Sidney, NE; his daughter-in-law Becky Snyder of Gering, NE; and his grandchildren, Katie Newth (Lance) of Cheyenne, WY, Matthew Snyder (Lenae) of Gering, NE, Kelsey Ruzicka (Rocky) of Belle Fourche, SD, Dee Anna Westcott (Brendan) of Kearney, NE, Jordan Snyder (Kassey) of Kimball, NE and Karli Clark (Austin) of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in his memory to the Trinity United Methodist Church or the Donor's Choice.
