He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edgar and Hazel Marie Marshall; and his siblings, Lyle, Kenny, Leonard, Melvin, Jimmy, Violet and Alberta.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roy K. Marshall of Joplin, MO, Beverly Jean Baker of Vernal, UT and Margaret Faye Rutherford of Kimball. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
