She was predeceased by: her parents, George Zimmerman and Edith Zimmerman (Rowan); her son Tim James; and her great grandchild Kash Juhala. She is survived by: her husband Rod James of Kimball, NE; her son Robert Ring (Judi) of Ault, CO; her brother Don Zimmerman (Corina) of Rioudosa, NM; her grandchildren, Siera Juhala (Zeke), Colton Richter, Savanah Allee (Zane), Jack Ring and Regan Ring; and her great grandchildren, Rain and Knoxly Juhala.

Memorials may be given in memory of Lois to the Kimball Presbyterian Church or the Kimball County Manor.
