She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Wells; her children, Tammy Lynn, Billie June and Ronald Maurice; her granddaughter Rebecca Ruth; her daughter Rebecca (Bill); her caregiver Janet; her daughter Tonya Street (Benton) of Evansville; her son-in-law Russ Seidler of Fostoria; her grandchildren, Billy Wells, Lauren Burgardt, Shelby Woytowicz, Austin Street and Hunter Todd; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Will Wells, Penny and Wyatt Woytowicz.
