He was predeceased by: his parents, Trenton Fouts and Alvena Fouts (Goedeken); his parents-in-law, Walter and Jessie Bendfeldt; his brothers-in-law, Glen Potter and John Bendfeldt; and his nephew Jason Bendfeldt.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Fouts of Hildreth; his children, Teresa Paitz (Gary) of Hildreth, Tammy Bartling of Kearney and Jeff Fouts (Jenny) of Hildreth; his granddaughter Brianna Kegley (John) of Holdrege; his great grandchildren, Clydie, Natalie and Audrie; his granddaughter Amber Paitz; his great grandchild Kelbi of Wilcox; his granddaughter Miranda Steinkruger (Will) of Macon; his great grandchildren, Warren and Nora; his granddaughter Karen Scott (Ethen) of Hildreth; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Owen; his grandchildren, Shaylee Fouts of Lawton, Oklahoma, Dax Fouts (Isabell Roberg) of Hildreth, Andrew of Kearney, Sam of Kearney and Allie Bartling of Kearney; his siblings, Larry Fouts (Alice) of Naponee, Nebraska, Carol Harms (Leroy) of Franklin, Nebraska and Lois Potter of Wilcox; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Bendfeldt (Joan) of Axtell, Alice Bendfeldt of Leawood, Kansas, Julie Paitz (Larry) of Pleasanton, Nebraska and Sue Bendfeldt of Kearney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and extended family.
A memorial has been established in Wayne's honor and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
