It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Hoins of Hebron, Nebraska, born in Guide Rock, Nebraska, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Hoins and Margaret Hoins (Bailey); his daughter Hillary; his siblings, Darrell Hoins (Linda) and Gwen Sholtz (Dean); and his brother-in-law Jim Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hoins of Hebron, NE; his daughters, Heather Lemon (Steve) of Papillion, NE and Heidi Case (Chad) of Lincoln, NE; his siblings, Les Hoins (Neita) of Beatrice, NE, Elda Patton (Richard) of Hastings, NE and Jody Buescher (Lee) of Glenvil, NE; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Peyton, Addison Lemon, Cedric, Harper and Haidyn Case. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
