She was predeceased by: her father Kelly Gene Ashmore. She is survived by: her son Mateo Enrique Reazola; her mother Elisha Michelle Ashley; her siblings, Natasha Bell Ashley and Peyton Michael Ashley; her uncle Elbert Michael Ashley; and her cousin Gage Michael Ashley.

Plants are welcome but the family would prefer memorials be given to the family for the care of Destiny's son.
