He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Robert Mathiesen of Omaha; his siblings, William E. Mathiesen of Omaha, Ruth Duffy (Dennis J.) of Omaha and Mary Meyer Torres (Nick); his cousin Jeannie Hortness (Ken) of Aliso Viejo; and his mother Mary Frances Delaney Mathiesen. He was also cherished by nephews, nieces, many friends, and extended family.
