It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Schultz of Gothenburg, Nebraska, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schultz and Anne Schultz; his wife Joyce Schultz; his brother Jim Schultz; and his brother-in-law Bob Nelson.

He is survived by: his children, Jerrald, Jerry Schultz (Alice) of Gothenburg, J. R. and Brenda Shepherd (Duane) of Brady, NE; and his sister Shirley Nelson of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
