He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johnson and Hilma Johnson (Halstrom). He is survived by: his children, John (Robin) of Omaha, Janice (Art) of Holdrege, Cliff of Brady, Russ (Jan) of Gothenburg, Karen of Buena Vista and Doug (Linda) of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings, George Johnson of Cozad, Arnold Johnson (Ruth) of Colorado Springs and Ilene Johnson (Blattner) of Cozad. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Gothenburg Senior Center.
